3 Verwarmingsinstallatie in werking stellen

3.1 Verwarmingsinstallatie inschakelen

Voor het inschakelen ervoor zorgen dat:

– dat de bedrijfsdruk volstaat,

– dat de hoofdkraan voor de brandstoftoevoer geopend

is en

– dat de verwarmingsnoodschakelaar ingeschakeld is.

3.2 Bedrijfsdruk controleren, CV-water

bijvullen en ontluchten

Het pas bijgevulde CV-water verliest in de eerste dagen

veel aan volume, aangezien het nog sterk uitgast. Zodoen-

de ontstaan luchtbellen, het CV-water begint een kolkend

geluid te maken.

V Controleer de bedrijfsdruk bij nieuwe verwarmingsin-

stallaties eerst dagelijks, vul eventueel CV-water bij en

ontlucht de radiatoren.

V Controleer later de werkingsdruk maandelijks, vul even-

tueel CV-water bij en ontlucht de CV-ketel en de radia-

toren.

3.2.1 Bedrijfsdruk controleren

De installateur heeft de rode wijzer [1] van de manometer

ingesteld op de vereiste bedrijfsdruk (tenminste 1 bar

overdruk).

V Controleer of de manometerwijzer [2] binnen de groe-

ne markering [3] staat.

V Wanneer de manometerwijzer [2] onder de groene

markering komt, moet CV-water worden bijgevuld.
