10 Storingen verhelpen
Indien er een storing is, moet u proberen die te
verhelpen of uw vakman contacteren. Als gebruiker van
de installatie mag u enkel herstellingen uitvoeren die
erin bestaan verroeste delen, vuurvaste stenen en de
afdichtingsbanden te vervangen.
AANWIJZING VOOR DE GEBRUIKER
Wisselstukken kan u via uw installateur in
het filiaal van Buderus bestellen. Maak
enkel gebruik van originele wisselstukken.
Storing Oorzaak Verhelpen
Het vermogen is te klein. – Trek volstaat niet. – Schoorsteen aanpassen.
– Verbrandingswaarde van de brandstof
is te gering.
– Bij lagere buitentemperatuur gebruik
maken van een brandstof met een
hogere verbrandingswaarde.
– Roetafzettingen in de rookgasleidingen
(ribben van de warmtewisselaar) en/of
de rookgasklep.
– Rookgasleidingen, rookgasklep en
rookgasaansluiting reinigen.
De verwarmingsketel kan niet geregeld
worden.
– De assendeur is niet afgedicht.
– Controleer de afdichtingsband en
positioneer of vervang hem.
– Trek is te sterk.
– Verminder de trek met behulp van een
rookgasklep, pas eventueel de
schoorsteen aan.
– Wijzig de instelling van de
trekbegrenzer of rust de installatie later
uit met een trekbegrenzer.
Hoge ketelwatertemperatuur en
tegelijkertijd lage temperatuur van de
radiatoren.
– Hydraulische weerstand is te groot, met
name bij systemen zonder actieve
circulatie.
– Overwin de hydraulische weerstand,
bijvoorbeeld door de installatie van een
omlooppomp.
– Trek is te sterk of de
verbrandingswaarde van de brandstof
ligt te hoog.
– Verminder de trek met behulp van de
rookgasklep.
– Wijzig de instelling van de
trekbegrenzer of rust de installatie later
uit met een trekbegrenzer.
– Maak gebruik van een andere
brandstof.
