15.5 Membraan (rookgasterugstroombe-
veiliging) in de menginrichting con-
troleren
B Demonteer de menginrichting conform afb. 109.
B Controleer het membraan op vervuiling en scheuren.

15.6 Controleer het expansievat (toebe-
horen) (zie ook pagina 40)
Het expansievat moet conform DIN 4807, deel 2, par. 3.5
jaarlijks worden gecontroleerd.
B Ketel drukloos maken.
B Breng eventueel de voordruk van het expansievat op
de statische hoogte van de cv-installatie.
15.7 Bedrijfsdruk van de cv-installatie in-
stellen
B Wanneer de wijzer onder 1 bar staat (bij koude instal-
latie): water bijvullen, tot de wijzer weer tussen 1 en
2 bar staat.
B Wanneer de druk niet wordt aangehouden: expansie-
vat en cv-installatie op dichtheid controleren.

OPMERKING: Schade aan de ketel!
Bij het bijvullen van cv-water kunnen span-
ningsscheuren in het hete ketelblok ontstaan.
B Vul cv-water alleen bij in een koude ketel.
Aanwijzing op manometer
1 bar Minimale vuldruk (bij koude installatie)
1 - 2 bar Optimale vuldruk
3 bar Maximale werkingsdruk van het cv-water
(mag bij de hoogste temperatuur niet
overschreden worden, zoniet opent de
veiligheidsklep).

Voor het navullen de slang met water vullen.
Daardoor wordt voorkomen, dat lucht in het
cv-water terecht komt.
