5.3 Afmeting van het expansievat voor
de verwarming controleren
Het volgende diagram hierna maakt een inschatting mo-
gelijk, of het ingebouwde expansievat voldoende is of dat
een extra expansievat nodig is.
Voor de getoonde karakteristieken werden de volgende
data aangehouden:
• 1 % watervoorraad in het expansievat of 20 % van het
nominale volume in het expansievat,
• Werkdrukverschil van de veiligheidsklep van 0,5 bar,
• De voordruk van het expansievat komt overeen met de
statische installatiehoogte boven de warmtebron,
• Maximale bedrijfsdruk: 3 bar

5.4 Bij GB172-.. T210SR: belangrijke
aanwijzingen voor het zonnesys-
teem
• Voor de leidingen adviseren wij gebruik te maken van
het toebehoren concentrische zonnebuis Twin Tube.
• De bij uitlevering aangesloten onderdelen zijn monta-
geklaar afgedicht.
• Veiligheidsklep niet afsluiten.
• Veiligheidsklep aansluiten aan opvangcontainer voor
overdrachtsvloeistof.
• Tussen de collectoren, de veiligheidsklep en het zonne-
expansievat geen afsluiter inbouwen.
• De voordruk van het zonne-expansievat moet bij instal-
laties met een hoogteverschil van meer dan 12 m voor
de montage worden aangepast (Æ hoofdstuk 7.1).
• In het leidingsysteem kunnen in de nabijheid van de
collector kortstondig temperaturen tot ca. 175 °C wor-
den bereikt. Alleen temperatuurbestendige materialen
gebruiken. Wij adviseren de leidingen hard te solderen.
• Wanneer de installatie niet met een zonnevulpomp
wordt gevuld, dan moet op de hoogste locatie van het
leidingsysteem een extra ontluchting worden inge-
bouwd.
• Om luchtinsluitingen te voorkomen, de leidingen van
de boiler naar de collector stijgend installeren.
• Op het laagste punt van het leidingsysteem een aftap-
kraan inbouwen.
• Leiding op de aarding van het huis aansluiten.
