4.8.4 Aansluiten CV-leidingen
Een bypass is niet nodig in de CV-installatie.
▶ Meegeleverde klemringkoppeling [1] gebruiken, indien een verbin-
ding van Ø 28 mm naar G1" wordt gemaakt.
▶ Advies: In de aanvoer- en retourleiding een servicekraan [2, 3] (toe-
behoren CV-circuitaansluiting) voor onderhoud- en servicewerk-
zaamheden monteren.
▶ Aanvoerleiding met geplaatste rubberen dichting spanningsvrij op de
aanvoeraansluiting van de condensatieketel monteren [2].
▶ Retourleiding met geplaatste rubberen dichting spanningsvrij op de
retouraansluiting van de condensatieketel monteren[3].

4.8.5 Expansievat aansluiten
▶ Expansievat [2] conform EN 12828 op de CV-circuitaansluiting (toe-
behoren) in de retourleiding [5] aansluiten.

4.8.6 Overstort aansluiten
De inbouw van een bypass is bouwzijdig niet nodig, omdat in de conden-
satieketel al een bypass is ingebouwd.
4.8.7 Ketelwatercirculatie
Een bypass is niet nodig in de CV-installatie.
4.8.8 Aansluiten externe boiler
Bij een condensatieketel met interne 3-wegklep:
▶ Afdichtringen in de snelkoppeling [1] invetten.
▶ Snelkoppelingen op de aansluitingen voor de boileraanvoer [2] en de
boilerretour [3] steken.

Ter bescherming van de gehele installatie raden wij aan
een vuilfilter in de retourleiding in te bouwen. Bij aanslui-
tingen van de condensatieketel op een oudere CV-instal-
latie is de inbouw absoluut noodzakelijk.
▶ Direct vóór en achter de vuilfilter een servicekraan
voor de filterreiniging bouwen.

OPMERKING: ketelschade.
Er mogen geen terugslagkleppen in de boileraansluitlei-
dingen zitten.
▶ Indien gemonteerd: verwijder de terugslagklep uit de
boileraansluitleiding.
