The device lid cannot be removed from the jug
After the end of the extrusion process the juicer should operate for
another 30 seconds. It will remove the leftovers of pulp from the device.
If a large amount of pulp is left in the upper part of the device, there
may be problems opening the lid. In this case, press:
in the given order, repeating the steps 2/3 times. Depending on the
ingredients used, rinse the inlet with water to rinse leftovers o the
mechanism and retry to open the lid.
The juice runs down the body
If the rubber insert at the bottom of the container has not been not
properly installed, the juice may leak onto the juicer body. Before
assembling the parts properly, make sure that the rubber insert (8) is
properly installed.
Elements of the juicer have discoloured
If the juicer is not washed immediately after use, the leftovers of pulp
inside the juice container may dry and stick to the walls, which may
hinder cleaning and disassembly. It can also adversely aect the
performance of the device.
Ingredients rich in carotenoids (e.g. carrots, spinach) can taint the
plastic parts. If the parts were tainted by carotenoids, rub vegetable oil
into the tainted spots and use a mild detergent to clean them.
