Check that: Handset priority is not on, see
page 29.
Check that: The charger is plugged into the
mains power and switched on.
Check that: The base station is plugged into
the phone socket.
Buzzing noise on my radio, TV, computer or
hearing aid.
Sometimes, your Synergy 3000 can interfere
with other electrical equipment if it is placed
too close.
It is recommended that you place your
Synergy 3000 and other Synergy/DECT GAP
compatible handsets at least one metre away
from such appliances to avoid any risk of
interference.
The charger does not appear to be working.
Check that: The power adaptor is properly
plugged into the charger.
Check that: Your handset has slotted correctly
into the charger.
Check that: The batteries are correctly fitted
into the handset.
Check that: The base is plugged in to a working
socket and that the socket is switched on.
Are you using the correct power adaptor?
