The BT Studio Twin charger does not appear to be working

Check that:

The power adaptor is properly plugged into the charger.

Your handset has slotted correctly into the charger.

The batteries are correctly fitted into the handset.

The base is plugged into a working socket and the socket

is switched on.

Are you using the correct power adaptor?

BT Studio Twin charger adaptor is item number: 003313.

Caller’s number is not displayed even though you have

subscribed to a Caller Display Service.

The number has been withheld by the caller or is an

international/unavailable number.

Replacing the handset batteries

After a time, you may find that the handset batteries are

running out of charge more quickly. This is a standard sign

of wear and the batteries will need replacing.
