To stop playback
• Press the 5 button twice.
To mark a message as new
• Press the ✱ button twice during
playback. The playback skips to
the end of the message and the
voice announces, ‘Message is
marked as new’.
or
• Press 5 to cancel.
To delete a message during
playback
• Press the 0 button during
playback of the message to be
deleted. Playback stops and you
hear the remote handset
announce, ‘Deleting’, press skip
back to confirm.
• Press the 1 button. The voice
confirms, ‘Message deleted’.
To delete all messages you have
played back
• Press the 0 button. The voice
announces, ‘Delete’, press skip
back to confirm.
• Press the 1 button. The voice
confirms, ‘Messages deleted’.
To select the operating mode
You can switch between the
outgoing messages.
• Press the 9 button. The voice
says, ‘Mode’.
• Press the 1 button to select A1.
The voice says, ‘Answer mode.
