Bryton-test
De Bryton-test bevat vier testtrajecten om u te helpen bij het evalueren van uw MHR,
LTHR, FTP en MAP. Als u uw MHR, LTHR, FTP en MAP kent, krijgt u een maatstaf van uw
algemene efciëntie. Dit helpt u ook om uw evolutie na verloop van tijd te controleren en de
intensiteit van uw oefeningen te analyseren.
1. Druk op Traject op de startpagina.
2. Zoek Bryton Test.
3. Selecteer een testtype en start het
testen.
4. Druk op om door te gaan naar de
volgende sectie.
5. Druk op om de test te stoppen en
selecteer vervolgens
om terug te keren
naar de training of selecteer
om naar
de gegevenspagina’s te gaan.
6. Druk op
om de training te pauzeren.
7. Selecteer Stoppen of resultaat Opslaan om
de Bryton-test te eindigen.
8. Kies om naar de meterpagina te gaan
om uw etsgegevens te zien. Tik dan
op om terug te keren naar de vorige
pagina.
9. Tik op om door te gaan met de test.
Opmerking: Het kleurenraster van het doel van de sessie wordt rood wanneer de gegevens
buiten het ingestelde bereik vallen.

  • Mijn Bryton Rider 750 is geblokt/ staat vast. ( rode cirkel in het centrum van mijn display met daarin 2 verticale strepen, ook rood) doet niets meer!! Help!! Submitted on 25-7-2021 at 15:30
