Stopwatch
With the Stopwatch feature, you can measure the amount of time elapsed from the time the
Rider 30 is activated and deactivated. You can switch between two modes: Countdown and
Timer. Countdown is used to notify you when a set amount of time has passed. Timer is used
to measure how long something takes.
1. In the main screen, press p/q to select
Stopwatch.
2. Press to enter the Stopwatch menu.

select Countdown.
2. Press p/q to select the time field that
you want to adjust and press

to confirm.
