perder peso y mejorar el estado físico en general. Durante el ejercicio o entrenamiento, su
Rider 20 mide y graba sus actividades de carrera y muestra su rendimiento actual.
NOTA: la información varía en función del modo de ejercicio o entrenamiento y de las
preferencias del usuario.

Presione p para cambiar la pantalla de información:
Hora actual > Tiempo montando en bicicleta (A o B) > Cadencia > Cadencia (media) >

Presione q para cambiar la pantalla de información:
Distancia > Calorías > ODO (A/B) > ODO (A+B) > Tiempo total montando en bicicleta (A/B)
> Tiempo total montando en bicicleta (A+B) > Ritmo cardíaco > Ritmo cardíaco (máximo) >
Ritmo cardíaco (medio)
NOTA: Los datos de ODO (A/B), ODO (A+B), tiempo total montando en bicicleta (A/B)
y tiempo total montando en bicicleta (A+B) solamente se mostrarán después de haber
completado un entrenamiento o ejercicio.

Durante el proceso de asociación (con el monitor
de ritmo cardíaco/sensor de cadencia/sensor de
velocidad), los indicadores LED (situados en la
parte superior de los iconos) parpadearán. Cuando
los sensores estén correctamente asociados al
dispositivo, los indicadores LED se iluminarán.
