Passo 4. Iniciar um treino ou exercício

O Cardio 35 funciona em três modos principais:

6. Vá até ao exterior para adquirir um sinal de GPS. Quando o sinal de GPS

for adquirido, o Cardio 35 irá denir a data e hora automaticamente.

Para denir a data e hora manualmente, consulte as denições de Hora

(consultar página 8).

7. Pressione o botão 2 para concluir a conguração.

Treino

Nota: Durante o processo de emparelhamento

(com o monitor de frequência cardíaca/sensor de

cadência/sensor de velocidade), os indicadores

LED (acima dos ícones) irão piscar. Quando os

sensores estiverem ligados ao dispositivo, os

indicadores LED carão acesos.
