Enhebrado superior (de la aguja)

Desenchufar la máquina, interruptor principale a “O”.

1. Levante la palanca del prensatelas y gire la ruedecilla hacia us-

ted (en el sentido contrario al de las manecillas de un reloj) para

subir la palanca tirahilos a su posición más alta.

2. Levante el porta carretes y coloque un carrete en él.

3. Pase el hilo a través de ambas guías. (Ver fig. A.)

4. Mientras sujeta el hilo tal como indica la fig. B, C, páselo por los

discos de tensión.

5. Guíe el hilo por detrás de la palanca tirahilos y por la izquierda

(fig. D). Lleve el hilo por la ranura, tirándolo hacia usted y pasán-

dolo por el agujero.

6. Baje el hilo y páselo por detrás de la guía.

7. Enhebre la aguja de delante hacia atrás y saque unos 5 cm (2")

de hilo tal como indica la fig. E.

NOTA:

Si el hilo está mal enhebrado puede romperse, saltar puntadas o

fruncir el tejido.

Infilatura superiore (ago)

Mettere l’interruttore principale su “O”.

1. Sollevare la leva del piedino premistoffa e girare il volantino verso se

stessi (in senso antiorario) per far salire la leva tendifilo fino alla posi-

zione più alta.

2. Tirare verso l’alto il porta-rocchetto ed applicarvi un rocchetto di filo.

3. Far passare il filo attraverso entrambi i guidafilo. (Vedi fig. A.)

4. Reggendo il filo come mostrato in fig. B, C, tirarlo facendolo passare

fra i dischi di tensione.

5. Guidare il filo dietro la leva tendifilo facendolo passare intorno da sini-

stra (fig. D). Far passare il filo attraverso la scanalatura tirandolo verso

se stessi e facendolo entrare nell’occhiello.

6. Portare il filo verso il basso e farlo passare dietro il guidafilo.

7. Infilare l’ago dal davanti verso il retro e tirare circa 5 cm di filo come

mostrato in fig. E.

NOTA:

Se il filo non scorre in modo corretto, esso può spezzarsi, far saltare dei

punti o far arricciare la stoffa.

I'm a complete notice, and need your help.
I was using my sewing machine and the unit that holds the needle came off the main rod that moves up and down.. There seems to be a tiny alan screw, is that what holds it on the rod? Would need a tiny alan key..
