Instructions à lire avant de commencer à coudre

Pour commencer à coudre

Mettez la machine sous tension.

Relevez l’aiguille en tournant la molette
vers vous (dans le sens inverse des
aiguilles d’une montre) de sorte que le
repère de la molette soit orienté vers le
haut.

Tournez le sélecteur de modèle de point
pour sélectionner un point (voir page 11).

Changez le pied-de-biche (voir page 10).

Relevez le levier du pied-de-biche.

Placez le tissu sous le pied-de-biche, faites
passer le fil sous le pied-de-biche, puis
sortez environ 5cm (2"/pouces) de fil vers
l’arrière de la machine.

●Pour éviter de vous blesser, faites très attention à l’aiguille lorsque vous utilisez la machine.
Ne touchez pas les pièces mobiles.
●Ne tendez pas et ne tirez pas sur le tissu lorsque vous cousez car vous risquez d’endommager
l’aiguille et de vous blesser.
●N’utilisez pas d’aiguilles tordues ou cassées car vous risquez de vous blesser.
●Faites attention que l’aiguille n’entre pas en contact avec les épingles de faufilage ou avec
d’autres objets lorsque vous êtes en train de coudre. L’aiguille pourrait se casser et vous
pourriez vous blesser.
●Utilisez toujours le bon pied-de-biche. Si vous utilisez le mauvais pied-de-biche, l’aiguille
pourrait le toucher, se tordre ou casser et vous blesser.
●Lorsque vous tournez la molette manuellement, tournez-la toujours vers vous (dans le sens
inverse des aiguilles d’une montre). Si vous la tournez dans l’autre sens, le fil pourrait
s’emmêler et endommager l’aiguille ou le tissu et vous risquez de vous blesser.
●Ne commencez pas à coudre sans avoir placé au préalable le tissu sous le pied-de-biche,
