■ Stukken aan elkaar zetten met de 1/4-inch
quiltvoet met geleider (optioneel bij sommige
modellen)
Met deze quiltvoet kunt u een naad van precies 1/4 inch
of 1/8 inch naaien.
Dit komt van pas bij het maken van een quilt of
afwerksteken.

Druk op en bevestig vervolgens de 1/4-inch
quiltvoet met geleider.

Met de geleider en de markeringen op de persvoet kunt
u nauwkeurige naden naaien.
Stukken aan elkaar zetten met een naad van 1/4 inc
Houd de rand van de stof tegen de geleider terwijl u
naait.

Een nauwkeurige naad naaien
Met de markering op de voet kunt u op 1/4 inch van de
rand van de stof beginnen, eindigen of draaien.
1 Lijn deze markering uit met de rand van de stof.
2 Begin van stiksel
3 Eind van stiksel
4 Tegenoverliggende rand van stof om te eindigen of
draaien
5 1/4 inch
Afwerksteken quilten, 1/8 inch
Terwijl u naait, houdt u de rand van de stof uitgelijnd met
de linkerkant van het uiteinde van de persvoet.

■ Werken met de 1/4-inch quiltvoet (optioneel
bij sommige modellen)
Als u de 1/4 inch quiltvoet gebruikt, kunt u naden naaien
van 6,4 mm (1/4 inch).

Rijg of speld de naad van de stof die u aan elkaar wilt
naaien.

Bevestig de 1/4-inch quiltvoet.

Selecteer steek .

Houd de markering aan de bovenrand van de 1/4-inch
quiltvoet tegenover de bovenrand van de stof.
Plaats de rechterrand van de stof op één lijn met de
rechterrand van het smalle deel van de 1/4-inch quiltvoet.

2 Begin van stiksel
Wanneer u naait met een naadtoeslag plaatst u de
linkerrand van het smalle gedeelte van de 1/4-inch
quiltvoet op één lijn met de rand van de stof.
1 Naad (3,2 mm (1/8 inch))
