CONTROL DE TEMPERATURA:
El ahumador vertical a carbón Broil King® Smoke

permite controlar la temperatura regulando la circulación de
aire a través de las ventilaciones de entrada y de salida.
Cuanto más abiertos estén las ventilaciones, circulará más
aire a través del carbón. Cuanto más aire, mayor será la
temperatura. Pequeños ajustes en las ventilaciones
producirán cambios importantes en la temperatura de
cocción.
CONTROL DE HUMEDAD:
Bandeja para el agua: Su ahumador vertical a carbón viene
equipado con una bandeja para agua, para evitar que se
seque la comida. Use agua, jugos y otras hierbas y especies
para crear otra capa de sabor mientras usa el ahumador.
ACCESORIOS DE COCCIÓN
Estantes ajustables: Los rieles que sostienen las rejillas de
cocción y las bandejas son completamente ajustables,
permitiendo el uso más eficiente de su ahumador.
