9.1.3 Monteren
Controleer bij het monteren de diverse afdichtingen op
beschadigingen, verharding, (haar)scheuren en/of verkleuringen.
Plaats waarnodig een nieuwe afdichting. Controleer tevens of ze nog
goed gepositioneerd zijn.
Het niet of onjuist monteren van de sensoren S1 en/of S2, of de
stuwstrippen kan leiden tot ernstige schade.
1. Plaats de stuwstrippen in de warmtewisselaar.
2. Controleer of de afdichting rondom het voordeksel goed geplaatst is. Plaats
het voordeksel op de warmtewisselaar en bevestig dit met de inbusbouten
met tandveerringen. Draai de inbusbouten gelijkmatig kruislinks handvast
aan.
3. Monteer de gaskoppeling onder het gasblok.
4. Monteer de connector op de ventilator en de ontsteekunit op het gasblok.
5. Monteer de condensafvoerbak door, hem met de sifon aansluiting nog voor
de onderbak, op de afvoerstomp van de wisselaar te schuiven (1). Draai hem
daarna naar links (2) en druk hem naar beneden in de sifon aansluiting (3).
Let er op dat daarbij de achterzijde van de condensafvoerbak op de nok
achterin de onderbak (A) komt te rusten.
6. Vul het sifon met water en monteer hem op de aansluiting onder de
condensafvoerbak.
7. Schuif de rookgaskoker naar links draaiend met de bovenkant om de
rookgasadapter in het bovendeksel. Steek de onderkant in de
condensafvoerbak en draai de wartelmoer rechtsom vast.
8. Open de gaskraan en controleer de gaskoppelingen onder het gasblok en op
de montagebeugel op lekkage.
9. Controleer de CV- en de waterleidingen op lekkage.
10. Stop de steker in de wandcontactdoos.
11. Stel het toestel in bedrijf met de toets.
12. Controleer het voordeksel, de verbinding van de ventilator op het voordeksel
en de rookgasafvoer onderdelen op lekkage.
13. Controleer de gas-luchtregeling. Zie § 7.9.
14. Monteer de mantel en draai de twee schroeven links en rechts naast de
display vast, sluit de displayklep.
15. Controleer de verwarming en de warmwatervoorziening.
