There are many breads that we all like to place in our lunch box. This section includes a variety of
breads made from all natural ingredients. After tasting all of these recipes, you just might discover a new
found favourite.
Traditional Favourites
Procedure
Place ingredients into the bread pan, in the
exact order listed in the recipe.
Wipe spills from outside of bread pan.
Lock the bread pan into position in the baking
chamber and close the lid.
Press ‘SELECT’ to access the setting as
specified in the following recipes. Each bread
setting and the dough setting will default to
1KG MEDIUM (crust colour).
Press ‘LOAF SIZE’ to select 750g (0.75KG) if
required.
Press ‘CRUST’ once for DARK or twice for
LIGHT if required.
Press ‘START’.
At the end of the program, press ‘STOP’.
Remove bread from bread machine and bread
pan. Cool on rack.
Ensure the collapsible kneading blade is in the
upright position before adding ingredients.
