I have a Bresser 9070100 - National Geographic weather station and need a user manual in english as the frost alarm keeps going off and I need to know how to stop this function

The time set on my Bresser 9070100 is 1 hour ahead of u k time, if set manually it reverts back to European time overnight, how can I get it to hold the manually set time? Thank you in anticipation. Steve Grimshaw
