My time was right but went out by one hour and when I set it back at 24h00 it go back, same with my sun SER and sun rice

My 5 in 1 weather station is not giving any external humidity or temperature reading. I have cleaned the sensor but there was no real dirt and the situation has not improved. Any ideas?
