1. Draai de bevestigingsschroef los.
2. Steek het gewenste accessoire in de oculairhouder.
3. Draai de bevestigingsschroef met de hand vast, zodat het accessoire goed vastzit.
14 Het gebruik van oculairen
Het vergrotingsbereik is afhankelijk van de brandpuntsafstand van de telescoop en de oculairen*. De
vergroting kan worden gevarieerd door de oculairen te verwisselen.
Voorbeeld:
Brandpuntsafstand telescoop : Oculair brandpuntsafstand = vergroting
350mm : 20mm = 17.5x 20mm = 17.5x
Gebruik een oculair* met een hogere brandpuntsafstand (= lagere vergroting) bij het starten van een
waarneming.

15 Het gebruik van een Amici prisma
Een Amici prisma* wordt bevestigd aan de telescoop tussen de oculairhouder en het oculair*. Het
maakt het mogelijk om het beeld om te keren naar een rechtopstaand en lateraal beeld.

16 Verplaatsen van de statiefkop
INSTRUCTIE
Draai de borgschroeven/ringen alleen met de hand vast.
Draai de borgschroeven/ringen alleen met de hand vast. Ringen en schroefdraden kunnen breken
wanneer u ze te strak aandraait!
1. Draai de bevestigingsschroef voor horizontale beweging los om de statiefkop naar rechts of naar
links te verplaatsen.
2. Draai de bevestigingsschroef met de hand vast om het statief in de huidige horizontale positie te
zetten.
3. Maak de bevestiging voor verticale beweging los door de hendel tegen de klok in te draaien. Kan-
tel het balhoofd op en neer.
4. Draai de hendel met de klok mee om de statiefkop in de huidige verticale positie te zetten.
5. Draai de bevestigingsschroef voor de kantelplaat van het statief los om de aangehechte optiek zij-
waarts te kantelen voor een kijkpositie tot 90 graden.
6. Kantel de kantelplaat naar rechts en draai de bevestigingsschroef met de hand vast om de kantel-
plaat in de huidige stand te zetten.
17 De zoeker aanpassen
1. Steek een oculair met een hogere brandpuntsafstand in de diagonaalspiegel (voor breektelesco-
pen) of direct in de oculairhouder (voor reflecterende telescopen).
2. Richt de telescoop op een specifiek object (bijv. huis, kerktoren of anderszins) op een afstand van
ca. 300 meter.
3. Kijk door het oculair en richt de telescoop op het object zodat het zichtbaar is in het midden van
het gezichtsveld van het oculair.
4. Kijk door de zoeker en richt deze uit door aan de stelschroeven te draaien, totdat het object zicht-
baar is in het midden van het haar van de zoeker.
