Lubricación (fig. H)
Debe comprobarse la lubricación de la banda cada 2 meses, en base a un uso
medio de 60 minutos al día.
ADVERTENCIA
– Antes de la lubricación, retire el enchufe de red de la toma de
pared.
PRECAUCIÓN
– Lubrique la banda sólo si es necesario. Si aplica demasiado
lubricante, la banda resbalará fácilmente debido a la ausencia de
fricción.
1. Sitúese sobre la banda.
2.
Sujete el manillar frontal y empuje la banda con los pies de modo que se deslice
hacia atrás y hacia delante. La banda debe moverse suave y regularmente sin
hacer ruido.
3. Si la banda no se mueve suave y regularmente o no se mueve, toque la parte
baja de la banda con las puntas de los dedos para comprobar la lubricación:
– Si nota el lubricante o sus dedos están brillantes, hay suficiente lubricación
en la banda.
– Si no nota lubricante o sus dedos tienen polvo o están ásperos, aplique
lubricante (15-20 ml) en la mitad de la plataforma bajo la banda y deje que
la máquina funcione a 5 km/h durante al menos 5 minutos.
– Tras la lubricación, no pliegue la máquina antes de haber realizado una
sesión de ejercicio durante 20 minutos con una velocidad de al menos 5 km/
h. El lubricante se extenderá uniformemente por la banda.
Alineación de la banda (fig. I)
La banda debe correr en el centro de los rodillos. Si la banda se desplaza a un lado,
ésta debe alinearse con los pernos de ajuste en la parte posterior de la máquina.
