Explicación de los elementos del menú
Elemento del menú Explicación
VELOCIDAD/RPM Seleccione el elemento del menú para ajustar y
mostrar la velocidad (km/h o mph) o las RPM (rev/min)
de la sesión de ejercicio.
TIEMPO Seleccione el elemento del menú para ajustar y
mostrar la duración (mm:ss) de la sesión de ejercicio.
DISTANCIA Seleccione el elemento del menú para ajustar y
mostrar la distancia (km o ml) de la sesión de ejercicio.
CALORÍAS Seleccione el elemento del menú para ajustar y
mostrar el consumo de energía (kcal) de la sesión de
ejercicio.
PULSACIONES Seleccione el elemento del menú para ajustar y
mostrar el límite de frecuencia cardíaca (lpm) de la
sesión de ejercicio.
Antes del uso
1. Pulse el botón UP o el botón DOWN para seleccionar un elemento del menú.
2. Pulse el botón ENTER para confirmar.
3. Pulse el botón UP o el botón DOWN para cambiar el valor del elemento del
menú seleccionado.
4. Pulse el botón ENTER para confirmar.
Durante el uso
El menú muestra constantemente los valores para los elementos del menú. Los
diferentes valores parpadean en la pantalla uno tras otro cada 6 segundos.
1. Pulse el botón ENTER para detener el barrido automático de los valores para los
diferentes elementos del menú.
2. Pulse el botón ENTER tantas veces como sea necesario para mostrar la
información de un elemento del menú específico.
3. Gire el pomo de ajuste de resistencia para cambiar la resistencia.
