Wahl der richtigen Manschette
Für genaue Messungen ist es wichtig, die richtige Manschettengröße für Ihren Oberarm zu wählen.
Wählen Sie die Größe für Ihren Oberarmumfang und achten Sie darauf, dass der untere Rand der
Manschette 2–3cm über Ihrem Ellenbogen ist.
• Kleine/Mittelgroße Manschette = Armumfang von 22 bis 32cm
• Große/Sehr große Manschette = Armumfang von 32 bis 42cm
Anlegen der Armmanschette
1. Schieben Sie das Ende der Armmanschette, das am weitesten vom Schlauch entfernt liegt, durch
den Metallring, um eine Schlaufe zu bilden. Der weiche Sto sollte sich innen in der Manschette
benden.
2. Stecken Sie den Luftschlauch in den Anschluss (Abb. 4).
3. Wenn die Manschette richtig ausgerichtet ist, bendet sich der Klettverschluss außen an der
Manschette und der Metallring kommt nicht mit der Haut in Berührung (Abb. 5).
4. Schieben Sie Ihren linken Arm durch die Manschettenschlaufe. Die Unterseite der Manschette
sollte ca.2~3cm über dem Ellbogen liegen. Der Schlauch sollte über der Oberarmarterie auf der
Innenseite des Arms liegen (Abb. 6).
5. Ziehen Sie die Manschette so fest an, dass Ober- und Unterkante eng an Ihrem Arm anliegen
(Abb. 7).
6. Wenn die Manschette richtig positioniert ist, drücken Sie den Klettverschluss fest gegen
die Außenseite der Manschette.
7. Diese Manschette ist für die Verwendung geeignet, wenn die <<Index>>-Markierung nach dem
Festziehen um Ihren Arm herum innerhalb des <<OK-Bereichs>> liegt, der durch zwei Pfeile
gekennzeichnet ist (Abb. 8).
8. Setzen Sie sich auf einen Stuhl und stützen Sie Ihren Arm auf einem Tisch ab, sodass sich
die Manschette auf einer Höhe mit Ihrem Herz bendet (Abb. 9).
