Valg av riktig mansjett

For nøyaktig måling, er det viktig å velge riktig størrelse

mansjett som best passer din overarm. Velg

mansjettstørrelse i henhold til omkretsen av din arm

og påse at den nedre delen av mansjetten er 2-3 cm

over din albue. (Fig.3)

Liten/medium mansjett (BP 4000, BP 4020, BP 5000) =

23-33 cm arm omkrets

Stor/ekstra stor mansjett (BP 4010, BP 4020, BP 5010) =

33-43 cm arm omkrets

Påføring av arm mansjett

1. Trykk din brakiale arterie med to ngre over albuen på innsiden

av din venstre arm. (Fig.4)

2. Fastsett hvor din sterkeste puls er funnet. Skyv enden av mansjettalbuen

lengst bort fra slangen gjennom metallringen til en sløyfe. Det myke

stoet bør være på innsiden av mansjetten.

Hva du bør vite før du tar ditt blodtrykk

• Ikke vri arm mansjetten på noen måter.

• Ikke pump opp mansjetten når den ikke er festet rundt armen.

• Ikke forsøk å demonter eller skift ut noen deler av monitoren, inkludert mansjetten.

• Ikke mist produktet eller sett det ned for hardt.

• Utstyret er ikke ment å brukes om din arm har sår eller skader.
