Colocação de pilhas
• Utilize pilhas alcalinas do tipo LR 03 (AAA)
(ex: Duracell), como as fornecidas com o aparelho
(ou pilhas recarregáveis).
• Retire a tampa do compartimento das pilhas e
coloque duas pilhas com a polaridade correcta (veja
símbolo no compartimento de pilhas (G)).
• Pilhas novas (Duracell) possibilitam aproximadamente
300 medições.
• Descarte apenas pilhas gastas. Estas não devem ser
colocadas no lixo doméstico, mas sim em locais de
recolha próprios ou no seu revendedor.

• Faça leituras sempre à mesma hora do dia, idealmente
de manhã, sob as mesmas condições.
• Não faça medições durante 30 minutos após fumar ou
ingerir café ou chá.
• Retire o relógio e jóias antes de colocar o medidor de
tensão no braço.
• Durante uma medição, mantenha-se sentado, repou-
sado, sem se mover ou falar.
• Segure o aparelho ao nível do coração.
• Aguarde 3 minutos, aproximadamente, antes de
repetir uma medição.
