Lo que debe saber sobre la presión arterial

relajado que cuando se acude a la consulta médica.
La presión arterial no es constante, por lo tanto, una medición regular de la presión
arterial en casa puede proporcionarle a su doctor una información muy valiosa acerca
de sus valores diarios.
La Organización Mundial para la Salud (OMS) ha establecido las siguientes medida
estándares para la presión arterial, cuando ésta se mide en estado de reposo.
