koko laite uuteen. Takuu on voimassa

lytyksellä, että laitetta myydään ko.

maahantuojan toimesta.

Takuun piiriin eivät kuulu seuraavat

viat: viat, jotka johtuvat virheellisestä

käytöstä, normaalista kulumisesta tai

viat, jolla on vähäinen merkitys laitteen

arvoon tai toimintaan. Takuun voimas-

saolo lakkaa, jos laitetta korjataan

2. Reklamujàcy mo˝e wys∏aç sprz´t

do naprawy do najbli˝ej znajdujà-

cego si´ autoryzowanego punktu

serwisowego wymienionego przez

firm´ Braun.

Op∏aty transportowe zostanà mu

bezzw∏ocznie zwrócone po uznaniu

zasadnoÊci reklamacji.

Na ˝yczenie reklamujàcego sklep,

który sprzeda∏ reklamowany towar

dostarczy za reklamujàcego sprz´t

do warsztatu serwisowego. Termin

naprawy, w wypadku dostarczenia

przez sklep, wysy∏kà pocztowà lub

za innym poÊrednictwem ulegnie

przed∏u˝eniu o czas niezb´dny do

dostarczenia i odbioru sprz´tu.

Reklamujàcy powinien dostarczyç

sprz´t do sklepu w oryginalnym

opakowaniu fabrycznym dodat-

kowo zabezpieczonym przed

uszkodzeniem. Uszkodzenia

spowodowane niedostatecznym

zabezpieczeniem wysy∏ki sprz´tu

nie podlegajà naprawom gwaran-

cyjnym. Reklamujàcy nie mo˝e

˝àdaç gratyfikacji, je˝eli niew∏a-

Êciwie oznakuje lub nieprawid∏owo

ubezpieczy wysy∏k´ sprz´tu.

3. Okres gwarancji wyd∏u˝a si´ o czas

naprawy sprz´tu.

4. Naprawa gwarancyjna nie obejmu-

je czynnoÊci przewidzianych w

instrukcji, do których wykonania

zobowiàzany jest u˝ytkownik we
