- non lasciare inserite le
piastre elettriche a vuoto
o con pentole o tegami
vuoti;
- verificare che il sensore
centrale della piastra
automatica risulti
scorrevole nella sua sede
per potersi appoggiare
liberamente al fondo
della pentola;
- al termine della cottura
riportare la manopola in
posizione “0” (zero).

Prima di ogni operazione
disinserire elettricamente
l’apparecchiatura.
Per una maggiore durata
dell’apparecchiatura è in-
dispensabile eseguire
periodicamente
un’accurata pulizia
generale tenendo presente
quanto segue:
- le parti acciaio e/o
smaltate devono essere
pulite con prodotti ido-
nei (reperibili in
commercio) non abrasivi
o corrosivi. Evitare pro-
dotti a base di cloro
(varechina ecc.);
- evitare di lasciare sul
piano lavoro sostanze a-
cide o alcaline (aceto, di
sale, succo di limone,
ecc.);
- le piastre elettriche si
puliscono con uno stro-
finaccio umido e si un-

Before every operation
it’s necessary to
disconnect the
apparatus.
To obtain a higher life of
the apparatus concerned
it’s indispensable to
carry out at regular
intervals a carefully
general cleaning bearing
in mind the following:
- the s/s and/or
enameled parts
should be cleaned by
means of suitable not
abrasive or corrosive
products (available on
the market). Avoid
cloride-base products
(bleach, etc.)
- avoid leaving on the
top acid or alkaline
substances (vinegar,
salt, lemon-juice, etc.)
- the electric plates
have to be cleaned by

base de chlore, eau de
javel, etc.
- eviter de laisser sur le
plan de travail des
substances acides ou
alcalines (vinaigre, sel,
jus de citron, etc.)
- les plaques électriques
doivent être nettoyées
au moyen d’un chiffon
humide et ensuite
