Met deze functie kunt u tegelijkertijd de grill en de microgolven gebruiken voor snel bakken.
U kunt om het even welk grillniveau met één van de vermogenniveaus van de microgolven tot
700 W combineren.
Voedingsmiddelen Hoeveelheid Programmering Duur
Lamsschouder
(zonder bot en opgebonden)
1.300 g 200 W + niveau 3 40 - 45 min
Entrecôte 800 g 200 W + niveau 3 18 - 23 min
Kip, parelhoen 1200 g 500 W + niveau 3 25 - 27 min
Kalkoenbraadstuk 800 g 300 W + niveau 3 27 - 32 min
Varkensbraadstuk 1.000 g 300 W + niveau 3 35 - 40 min
Kalfsbraadstuk 1200 g 300 W + niveau 2 50 - 55 min
Gebruik een hittebestendige schaal voor magnetronovens, bij voorkeur van aardewerk (minder
vetspatten dan bij glas).
Leg het voedingsmiddel in een schaal en zet deze op het rooster op niveau 1. Draai het
voedingsmiddel halverwege de bakcyclus om.
Geef indien mogelijk de voorkeur aan braadstuk zonder spek om vetspatten en rook te vermijden.
Aan het eind van de bakcyclus op smaak brengen. Laat het gebraad 10 min. in aluminiumpapier
rusten. Het vlees wordt zo mals en sappig.
Programmering van de GRILL + MICROGOLVEN FUNCTIE Weergave
Draai de keuzeknop om de ZACHTE GRILL of STERKE
GRILL + MICROGOLVEN te selecteren, bijv. Zachte
grill + MG. Het overeenkomende symbool licht op, het
maximale vermogenniveau, 700W, knippert op het
display.
Druk op de + / -
toetsen om
het vermogen van de
microgolven te verlagen, bijvoorbeeld 500 W. Bevestig
het vermogenniveau door op START/STOP te drukken;
de cijfers van de klok knipperen op het display.
Druk op de + / - toetsen om de programmatijd in te
stellen, bijvoorbeeld 10minuten.
Bevestig door op START/STOP te drukken. De oven
gaat aan en het programma begint.
Opmerking
:
De programmatijd kan op elk moment worden aangepast door op de
+ / -
toetsen te
drukken.
