5. Installaon

Take the appliance out of the packaging and remove any packaging material and

check the product for damage. The fan heater has to be placed on a at surface.

Ensure that the heater is placed at least 1m away from other objects, and not

directly below a socket. A socket should be available for supplying power to the

appliance.

Cauon! Ensure that the appliance is not placed near any ammable materials or

uids, or with the air discharge poinng in this direcon.

6. Inial use

Connect the appliance to a suitable socket. To start the appliance, set the ON/

OFF switch on the rear of the appliance to the "I" posion and make sure that it is

placed on a at and rm surface.

Press the "ON/OFF" buon ( ) on the remote control or the control elements

of the fan heater to turn the appliance on or o. If the appliance is switched o,

the heang elements are switched o rst. The fan will connue to rotate for

about 1 minute to cool itself down.

Mode selecon

Select a heang mode using the "Mode" buon ( ). You can choose between

Heat seng 1 " " Heat seng 2 " " and the fan mode " ". Select the

heat seng depending on how fast you want the fan heater to heat up to the

corresponding temperature.
