12. Garana
Sin perjuicio de la garana legal, el fabricante otorga una garana de conformidad
con las leyes de su país, como mínimo no obstante de un año (dos años en Alema-
nia). La garana comienza en la fecha de venta del producto al consumidor nal.
La garana incluye exclusivamente fallos resultantes de defectos materiales o de
fabricación. Las reparaciones incluidas en la garana solo pueden realizarse por un
servicio de atención al cliente autorizado. Para hacer valer su derecho de garana,
debe incluir el recibo de compra original (con la fecha de compra).
Quedan excluidos de la garana:
- Desgaste normal
- Usos indebidos como, p. ej., sobrecargas del aparato, accesorios no autorizados
- Daños por intervención ajena, uso de la violencia o por cuerpos extraños
- Daños por inobservancia del manual de uso, p. ej., conexión a una tensión de
red incorrecta, o inobservancia de las instrucciones de montaje
- Desmontaje completo o parcial del aparato
