We have got the Brabantia 25L Digital Microwave oven for fou : 3716

We have got the Brabantia 25L Digital Microwave oven for four years now . Always woking fine untill now.
I was going to warm some milk . Put the cup in the oven , adjusted the timer for 20 sec. , pushed start , oven started as usually , light on , table turning . After 20 sec oven stopped like always . I opened the door and noticed the milk was still cold . I tried a few times but.....no luck .
What could be the reason ? Please advice .
