SMART-trainingentonenhetprogrammaproelvanhetcalorieverbruikvoorhetprogramma.Elkekolominhetproeltoontééntrainingssegment.
Hoe hoger de kolom, hoe hoger het calorieverbruik. De console past het weerstandsniveau aan om de gebruiker te helpen het streefdoel voor calo-
rieverbruik te bereiken.
Opmerking:Hettrainingsproeldisplayzalhetcalorieverbruiksproelaandehuidigegebruikersinstellingenaanpassen.

16 segmenten op basis van het calorieverbruik van ieder segment. Wanneer de gebruiker tijdens een training de toegekende caloriewaarde voor het
huidige segment heeft verbruikt, schakelt de training over naar het volgende segment. Op het einde van de training zijn de 16 segmenten voltooid
enstemthettotaalaantalverbruiktecalorieënovereenmethetcaloriedoel.
Opmerking: Als het calorieverbruik tijdens een training wordt gewijzigd, is het mogelijk dat de duur van elk resterend segment wordt
aangepast als gevolg van het nieuwe calorieverbruik.
