VERIFICAR O FUNCIONAMENTO DA FERRAMENTA
m ADVERTÊNCIA! Retire todos os agrafos da ferramenta
antes de realizar a verificação do seu funcionamento.
A. Com o dedo fora do gatilho, segure com firmeza na
ferramenta pelo punho.
B. Coloque o injector da ferramenta encostado à
superfície de trabalho.
C. Levante o dispositivo de disparo secundário.
D. Puxe o gatilho para iniciar a ferramenta. Solte o
gatilho para a desligar.
m ADVERTÊNCIA! Com o dispositivo de disparo
secundário levantado, a ferramenta iniciará de cada vez
que o gatilho for accionado!
ADVERTÊNCIAS ADICIONAIS:
m ADVERTÊNCIA! O dispositivo de disparo secundário
deve ser periodicamente verificado de forma a assegurar
a respectiva operacionalidade.
Enquanto procede à operação de verificação da
operacionalidade da ferramenta, conforme acima
referido, liberte em simultâneo o gatilho de segurança
secundário e o gatilho de operação, este procedimento
deverá bloquear o gatilho de operação, impedindo assim
que a ferramenta funcione.
A ferramenta só deverá voltar a funcionar quando
levantar o dispositivo de disparo secundário e carregar
no gatilho de operação.
m ADVERTÊNCIA! Se a ferramenta não funcionar
correctamente, contacte o centro de assistência ou o
distribuidor local da BOSTITCH antes de a voltar a utilizar.
m ADVERTÊNCIA! Nem o dispositivo de disparo
secundário nem o gatilho de operação deverão, em
circunstância alguma, ser ignorados, modificados
ou removidos.
DESOBSTRUÇÃO DE ENCRAVAMENTO DE AGRAFOS
m ADVERTÊNCIA! Antes de proceder ao
desencravamento de um agrafo, desligue sempre
o ar comprimido.
PARA DESOBSTRUIR UM AGRAFO ENCRAVADO:
1. Solte o alimentador e puxe-o para trás para interromper
a alimentação de pinos.
2. Desaperte os dois parafusos, conforme ilustrado na
(Fig. 8), numa volta completa.
3. Faça deslizar a tampa até os dois furos grandes ficarem
alinhados com as cabeças dos dois parafusos, conforme
ilustrado na (Fig. 9).
4. Afaste a tampa do injector, conforme ilustrado na (Fig. 10).
5. Remova o agrafo encravado.
6. Volte a instalar a tampa, aperte os dois parafusos e feche
o alimentador.
7. Ligue a mangueira do ar comprimido.
