3. Quitar las tuercas de fijación de la tapa así como la tapa. Llevar hacia delante el palpador. Girar la tuerca
hacia la izquierda para aumentar el encaje o hacia la derecha para reducirlo. Volver a colocar el palpador en su
posición original. Colocar la tapa y las tuercas de fijación de la misma.
4. Antes de conectar el aire comprimido, comprobar que el palpador se mueva libremente sin bloquearse.
5. Conectar el aire comprimido.
VÁLVULA DE REGULACIÓN DE POTENCIA - 438, 450, 538 (Fig 7)
PARA LA POTENCIA MÁXIMA: GIRAR LA VÁLVULA EN SENTIDO HORARIO HASTA EL FINAL DE CARRERA.
PARA REDUCIR LA POTENCIA: GIRAR LA VÁLVULA EN SENTIDO ANTI-HORARIO PARA UNA REDUCCIÓN DE LA
POTENCIA HASTA EL 30%.

Aflojar el tornillo situado en el centro del deflector. Orientar el punto de descarga según preferencias y apretar
el tornillo.

CARGADOR CON APERTURA RÁPIDA (Fig 10,11,12,13)
Las grapadoras de las series 400/500/600/700/800 están dotadas de cargadores con apertura rápida. El cargador
lleva un dispositivo de muelles para reducir los bloqueos frecuentes. Cuando se produce un bloqueo, un
mecanismo de apertura rápida, situado en la parte posterior del cargador, permite el movimiento hacia atrás
del cargador mismo, desbloqueando la máquina.
¡ADVERTENCIA!: DESCONECTAR EL AIRE COMPRIMIDO ANTES DE PROCEDER AL DESBLOQUEO DE LA
MÁQUINA
Si se produjera un bloqueo, se deberá actuar en el gancho situado en la parte posterior del cargador (Fig 10).
Bajar la palanca para abrir (Fig 11) y girarla un
1/4
de vuelta en sentido horario (Fig 12). Tirar hacia atrás la
palanca (Fig 13) Esta maniobra permite abrir el cargador y quitar el elemento de fijación bloqueado. Una vez
extraída la grapa, empujar la palanca, girar un
1/4
de vuelta en sentido anti-horario y empujarla hacia arriba para
cerrar el cargador.
