Si experimenta algún problema con el uso de los auriculares, pruebe las siguientes
instrucciones de solución de problemas.
Problema Qué hacer
No hay audio o es intermitente • Conecte el cable del auricular al conector
para auriculares de 3,5 mm de su
dispositivo.
• Pruebe con otro tamaño de almohadilla.
• Pruebe con otro dispositivo.
Bajos excesivos • Apague todas las funciones de mejora de
audio de la fuente de audio.
El micrófono no capta sonido • Asegúrese de que esté usando un
dispositivo compatible. Vea la lista de “Made
for” (Fabricado para) en la caja del producto.
• Conecte firmemente el enchufe de los
auriculares a la entrada de auriculares.
• Asegúrese de que la abertura del micrófono
en la parte posterior del botón Responder/
