que pueden surgir al usar la máquina TASSIMO. Si no encuentra una solución a su
problema particular o el problema persiste después de haber aplicado las soluciones

Problema Causa Solución
El aparato no funciona,
no se ilumina ninguna
de los elementos de
visualización (LEDS).
El aparato no tiene
alimentación de energía
eléctrica.
Compruebe si el aparato está conectado a
la alimentación de energía eléctrica.
La preparación se inicia,
pero no se expende
ninguna bebida.
El recipiente de agua no está
colocado correctamente.
Compruebe si el recipiente de agua está
colocado correctamente.
El recipiente de agua se
retiró durante el proceso
de elaboración o el sistema
tiene aire.
Inicie un proceso de limpieza con el TDISC
de servicio naranja. Vea para ello el capítulo
â Puesta en servicio, pasos 2–14.
El flotador del recipiente de
agua está atascado.
Limpie el recipiente de agua y libere el
flotador.
La preparación no puede
iniciar.
Ningún TDISC colocado. Compruebe si se colocó un TDISC.
No se reconoce el código de
barras del TDISC colocado.
Limpie la ventana de lectura TDISC con un
paño suave y húmedo.
Alise con los dedos la tapa de aluminio
TDISC para poder leer el código de barras.
Utilice un TDISC nuevo.
Si persiste el problema, consulte el servicio
al consumidor de TASSIMO.
La unidad de elaboración no
está cerrada correctamente.
Limpie la unidad de elaboración con un
paño suave y húmedo, ante todo en la zona
del cierre.
El aparato no estaba
conectado al colocar el
TDISC.
Conecte el aparato antes de colocar el
TDISC.
