Frittieröl /-fett ablassen

Vorsicht, Verbrennungsgefahr! Lassen Sie

ṇ verbrauchtes Öl oder Fett vor dem Ablassen

abkühlen, bis es handwarm ist.

Wenn das Frittiergut nicht mehr knusprig wird (trotz

richtig eingestellter Temperatur) oder das Öl /Fett

leicht braun wird, müssen Sie das Öl /Fett wechseln.

Ein temperaturbeständiges Gefäß mit mehr als

4 Liter Fassungsvermögen unter den Ablasshahn

stellen. Den Hahn an der Unterseite der Friteuse

öffnen und verbrauchtes Öl /Fett ablassen.

Hinweis: Fett im warmen, noch flüssigen Zustand

ablassen.

Sollte das Fett im Hahn fest sein, können Sie es mit

einem dünnen Stab (z. B. Kochlöffelstiel) durchstoßen.

Führen Sie das Öl/Fett nicht dem Abwasser zu,

sondern lassen sie es bei den dafür vorgesehenen

Sammelstellen entsorgen.
