Schalten Sie die Fritteuse nicht ein, solange der
Heizkörper hochgeschwenkt ist.
Vorsicht, Brandgefahr! Nie brennbare Gegenstände
(z. B. Reinigungsmittel, Spraydosen) im Gerät
aufbewahren.
Belüftung Halten Sie Belüftungsmöglichkeiten offen (Türen,
Fenster, Abzugshaube einschalten).
Vorsicht! Befindet sich das Gerät unter einer
Abzugshaube oder neben einer Kochmuldenlüftung,
so besteht bei überfetteten Filtern Brandgefahr!
Verhalten bei einem Brand • Fritteuse ausschalten oder Netzstecker ziehen!
• Frittierkorb herausnehmen!
• Glaskeramik-Abdeckung auflegen!
• Abzugshaube sofort abschalten, der Luftzug
verstärkt das Feuer!
Explosionsgefahr! Niemals mit Wasser löschen!
Nach dem Frittieren Schalten Sie die Fritteuse nach Gebrauch aus.
Reinigen Sie die Fritteuse regelmäßig.
Glaskeramik-Abdeckung Wenn die Fritteuse nicht in Betrieb ist, immer die
Glaskeramik-Abdeckung auflegen, da das Öl /Fett
sehr lichtempfindlich ist.
Die Glaskeramik-Abdeckung während des Frittierens
nicht auflegen.
Öl und Fett wechseln Vorsicht, Brandgefahr! Altes Öl /Fett neigt zum
Überschäumen und besitzt eine niedrigere
Entzündungstemperatur.
Altes oder verschmutztes Öl /Fett wechseln, wenn es
braun wird, unangenehm riecht und /oder frühzeitig
raucht.
Öl /Fett wechseln, wenn viel Wasser enthalten ist
(z. B. durch häufiges Frittieren von Tiefkühlkost).
Dies erkennen Sie an:
– aufsteigenden Bläschen
– Wassertropfen
– Wasserdampf
– starkem Spritzen
