Dependiendo del modelo de placa de cocción, se puede
encontrar con placas eléctricas dirigidas por un control
continuo, placas dirigidas por un conmutador de seis
posiciones.

Estas placas están dirigidas por un regulador de control
de energía mediante el cual usted puede elegir la potencia
adecuada al alimento que cocina, fig.3.
Teniendo en cuenta el tipo de cocción, la cantidad de
