De anvendte tilbehørsdele skal rengøres
grundigt efter hver brug.
OBS!
Brug ikke rengøringsmidler, der
indeholder alkohol eller sprit.
Brug ikke skarpe, spidse eller metalliske
genstande.
Der må ikke anvendes skurrende klude
eller rengøringsmidler.
Rengør aldrig vinkeldrevet og
pastaforsatserne under rindende vand,
og kom dem ikke i opvaskemaskinen.
Rengøring af vinkeldrev
Tør vinkeldrevet af med en blød og
fugtig klud, og tør det derefter.
Rengøring af pastaforsatser
Rengør pastaforsatserne med en tør
klud og en pensel.
Hvis de er snavset kraftigere til, så brug
en fugtig klud, og tør dem derefter.

115 g tomatpuré
100 g æg (ca. 2 stk.)

Fuldkornsnudler
400 g fuldkornsmel
260 g æg (ca. 6 stk.)
Spinatnudler
400 g hvedemel
160 g spinat
90 g vand
Nudeldej med semulje af hård hvede
200 g hvedemel
200 g semulje af hård hvede
10 spsk. kogende vand
96 g æg (ca. 2 stk.)
Nudeldej med boghvede
160 g boghvede
240 g hvedemel
114 g æg (ca. 3 stk.)
6 spsk. kogende vand
Fremstilling af dej
Kom alle ingredienserne i skålen.
Ælt med æltekrogen i 4-6 minutter på
trin 3.
Hvis massen er for tør, så tilsæt en
smule vand. Massen skal have formet
sig til en fast kugle.
Kogning af nudler
Kom nudlerne i rigeligt med kogende og
saltet vand (ca. 4 liter pr. ½ kg nudler).
Afhængig af dejens tykkelse er friske
nudler færdige inden for 2-5 minutter
(afhængig af dej og tørhed).
Rør forsigtigt rundt under kogningen, og
lad derefter nudlerne dryppe af i en si.
