¡Add eggs, salt, sugar and vanilla
sugar or lemon zest.
¡Process for 10seconds at set-
ting1.
¡Then process for 2minutes at set-
ting5.
¡Add butter and process for
60seconds at setting3.
¡Add flour and baking powder and
process for 2minutes at setting1.
¡Select setting3.
¡Add the milk within 2minutes.
Shortcrust pastry ¡125g butter
¡100-125g sugar
¡1 egg
¡1 pinch salt
¡A little vanilla sugar or lemon zest
¡250g flour
¡Baking powder (as wished)
Note:Process max. 2 times the quant-
ity at the same time.
¡Insert stirring whisk.
¡Add all ingredients.
¡Process for 30seconds at set-
ting1.
¡Process for 2-3minutes at set-
ting6.
From 500g flour:
¡Insert kneading hook.
¡Add all ingredients.
¡Process for 30seconds at set-
ting1.
¡Process for 3-4minutes at set-
ting3.
Yeast dough ¡500g flour
¡1 egg
¡80g fat (room temperature)
¡80g sugar
¡200-250ml lukewarm milk
¡25g fresh yeast or 1tbsp dried
yeast
¡Zest of half a lemon
¡1 pinch salt
Note:Process max. 2 times the quant-
ity at the same time.
¡Insert kneading hook.
¡Add all ingredients.
¡Process for 30seconds at set-
ting1.
¡Process for 3-6minutes at set-
ting3.
Pasta dough ¡300g flour
¡150g eggs (approx 3)
¡15-30ml cold water (as wished)
Note:Process max. 1½ times the
quantity at the same time.
¡Insert kneading hook.
¡Add all ingredients.
¡Process for 3-5minutes at set-
ting3.
Bread dough ¡1000g flour ¡Insert kneading hook.
