Bloem en bakpoeder toevoegen en
ca. 2 minuten op stand 1 door elkaar
werken.
Op stand 3 zetten en binnen 2 minuten
geleidelijk de melk toevoegen.

Mayonaise
2 eieren
2 theelepel mosterd
¼ l olie
2 eetlepels citroensap of azijn
1 snufje zout
beetje suiker
De ingrediënten moeten dezelfde tempera-
tuur hebben.
De ingrediënten (behalve de olie) enkele
seconden mixen op stand 3 of 4.
De mixer op stand 7 zetten en de olie
langzaam in de trechter gieten; mengen
totdat de mayonaise emulgeert.
De houdbaarheid van de mayonaise is
beperkt.
