etter behov 1–2 spiseskje (10–20 g) kaldt vann
alle ingrediensene bearbeides i ca. 3 til
5 minutter på trinn 3 (2) til det dannes
en deig.
Største mengde:
1,5 ganger grunnoppskriften.
Brøddeig
Basis oppskrift
750 g mel
2 pk tørr gjær
2 ts salt
450–500 ml varmt vann
Alle ingrediensene bearbeides med eltekroken
i ca. ½ minutt på trinn (2) 1, deretter
ca. 4–5 minutter på trinn 3.
Majones
2 egg
2 ts sennep
¼ liter olje
2 spiseskje sitronsaft eller eddik
1 knivsodd salt
1 knivsodd sukker
Ingrediensene bør ha samme temperatur.
Bland sammen alle ingrediensene i noen
sekunder (unntatt oljen) på trinn 3 (2) eller
4(3).
Slå mikseren over på trinn 7 (4).
La oljen renne langsomt igjennom trakten
og miks til majonesen emulgerer.
Majonesen må brukes opp snart, da den ikke
tåler lang lagring.
Honning pålegg
30 g smør (fra kjøleskapet, 7 °C)
190 g honning (fra kleskapet, 7 °C)
Smøret skjæres i små stykker og helles
ned i mikseren.
Fyll på honning og mikse alt i 15 sek.
