Gurken mit Turbo-Geschwin-
digkeit in Würfel schneiden.
Alle gewürfelten Zutaten in
einer Salatschüssel mit den
Erbsen vermischen.
Mit Salz und Pfe󹈭er nach
Geschmack würzen.
Alle Zutaten vermischen. Mit
saurer Sahne und Mayon-
naise anrichten.

Suppe „Okroshka“
(für 2-3 Personen)
Kwas, 1 Liter
150 g gekochtes Hähnchenbrusteisch

1-3 hartgekochte Eier
½ Bund Radieschen (4-5 Stück)
1-2 Salatgurken
¼ Bund Lauch (ca. 25 g)
Petersilie und Dill

chen, und das gekochte Hähnchen-
brusteisch mit Turbo-Geschwindigkeit
in Würfel schneiden.
Saure Sahne, gehackten Lauch und die
Eier mit Senf und Zucker gut vermi-
schen und mit Kwas verdünnen.
Die gewürfelten Zutaten, gehackte
Petersilie und Dill dazugeben.
Mit Salz und Pfe󹈭er nach Geschmack
würzen.
