Groene smoothie
– 1 groene appel
(ca. 100 g)
– Sap van 1 citroen
(ca. 20 g)
– 20 g groene kool
– 10 g bleekselderij
– 10 g korianderblaadjes
– 10 g lijnzaad
– 1 g gemalen kaneel
– 250 ml gekoeld water
Appel, bleekselderij en boerenkool in
stukken snijden.
Een beetje van het water in de mixkom
doen.
Alle vaste ingrediënten in het smoothiein-
zetstuk doen en vullen met water.
1 minuut mixen op het hoogste toerental.
Tip: Dit recept lukt ook zonder
smoothieinzetstuk.
Druivensmoothie
(MMB4...)
– 250 g groene wijndruiven
– 25 g jonge spinazie
– 100 g bevroren banaanstukken
– 200 ml koude groene thee
(geschikt voor kinderen)
Een beetje van de thee in de mixkom
doen.
Druiven, spinazie en banaanstukken
in het smoothie-inzetstuk doen en
aanvullen met de resterende thee.
Mixen op het hoogste toerental tot de
smoothie klaar is.
Watergruwel
– 400 g fruit (ontpitte zure kersen,
frambozen, rode bessen,
aardbeien, bramen)
– 100 ml sap van zure kersen
– 100 ml rode wijn
– 80 g suiker
– 1 pakje vanillesuiker
– 2 eetlepels citroensap
– 1 mespuntje gemalen kruidnagelen
– snufje gemalen kaneel
– 8 blaadjes gelatine
Gelatine ca. 10 minuten laten weken in
koud water.
Alle ingrediënten (behalve de gelatine)
aan de kook brengen.
De gelatine uitpersen en in de magnetron
smelten, niet koken.
Hete vruchten en gelatine ca. 1 minuut
mixen op een laag toerental.
De watergruwel in met koud water
gespoelde kommen doen en in de koel-
kast zetten.
In de mixkom mag maximaal 500 ml hete
vloeistof worden verwerkt!
Tip: Watergruwel is lekker met geklopte
room of vanillesaus.
Basilicumpesto
– 10 g pijnboompitten
– 3 g knoflook
– 5 g zout
– 40 g parmezaankaas
– 10 g verse basilicum
– 70 g olijfolie
Pijnboompitten, knoflook, zout en
parmezaankaas in de glazen kom doen
en afsluiten met de meshouder.
15 seconden malen op stand Q.
Basilicum en olijfolie toevoegen en alles
10 seconden mixen op stand Q.
