Reversible slicing/shredding disc
For cutting fruit and vegetables or for
shredding vegetables, fruit and cheese
(except hard cheese, e.g. Parmesan).
Warning!
The reversible slicing/shredding disc is not
suitable for slicing hard cheese, bread, rolls,
chocolate or nuts.

Place housing on the gear attachment
and tighten clockwise.
Insert drive shaft into the housing.
Warning!
The opening in the drive shaft (Fig.
-3) must
not be blocked with food remnants, etc.
Place reversible slicing/shredding disc
with the required side face up onto the
drive shaft (Fig. 4b).
Attach the cover (note mark) and turn all
the way in a clockwise direction.
Put the accessory, inclined slightly to the
right, on the drive of the mincer.
Turn accessory upwards until it engages.
Place suitable bowl under the outlet
opening.
Insert the mains plug.
Switch mincer on with the On/Off button.
Put food to be processed in the feed tube
and push down with the pusher.
Warning!
Prevent the cut ingredients from building up
in the outlet opening.
Tip: To ensure even cutting results, process
thin ingredients in bunches.

te: If food to be processed sticks:
Switch off the mincer, pull out the mains plug,
wait until the drive comes to a standstill,
remove lid and empty filling shaft.
After using the appliance Fig.
Switch mincer off with the On/Off button.
Wait until the drive comes to a standstill.
Remove mains plug.
Remove accessory.
To do this, press the release button on the
mincer and turn the accessory to the right
and remove.
Rotate the lid in an anti-clockwise
direction and remove.
Take reversible slicing/shredding disc out
of the housing (Fig. 4b).
Take out drive shaft.
Turn housing anti-clockwise and take off
the gear attachment.
Clean all parts, see “Cleaning and
servicing”.
Cleaning and servicing
Attention!
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents.
Surfaces may be damaged.
Do not clean gear attachment in the
dishwasher. Do not wash dicer insert
components in the dishwasher, blades will
become blunt.

Before cleaning the dicer insert,
disassemble it (Fig. ).
Rinse dicer parts and the reversible disc
under running water. Clean parts with
a brush.
Wipe gear attachment with a damp cloth
only.
All other components (housing, cover,
pusher) are dishwasher-proof.
Do not wedge plastic parts in the dishwasher
as they could warp.
Tip: To remove the red film after processing
e.g. carrots, pour a little cooking oil on a cloth
and rub the film off the plastic parts.
Then rinse the parts.
Risk of injury from sharp blades/
rotating drive!
Do not grip the sharp blades or edges of
the cutting disc. Take hold of discs by the
edge only!
Important information
The opening in the drive shaft (Fig.
-3)
must not be blocked with food remnants,
etc. Remove all remnants with a brush.

Recipes
Salads
“Olivie” salad
(for approx. 4 persons)
4 boiled, cooled potatoes
2 boiled carrots
4 hard-boiled eggs
200 g cooked chicken breast
1–2 pickled gherkins or marinaded
cucumbers
1–2 cucumbers
300 g peas (1 small tin)
Salt and pepper
250 g mayonnaise
Dice the boiled, but already cooled
potatoes, carrots, eggs, cucumbers and
meat.
Mix all diced ingredients in a salad bowl
with the peas.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Mix with mayonnaise and serve.
“Vinaigrette” salad
(for approx. 4 persons)
4 boiled, cooled potatoes
500 g boiled beetroot
2 boiled carrots
2 pickled gherkins
100 g peas
½ leek (approx. 50 g)
Salt and pepper
100 ml cooking oil
Dice the boiled, but already cooled
potatoes, carrots, beetroot, leeks and
pickled gherkins.
Mix all diced ingredients in a salad bowl
with the peas.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Dress with cooking oil.
“Stolichny” salad
(serves 2)
150 g ham
3 boiled, cooled potatoes
2 pickled gherkins or marinaded cucumbers
1 boiled carrot
Peas, half a can
Salt and pepper
Dressing:
¼ carton of sour cream
¼ glass mayonnaise
Dice the boiled, but already cooled
potatoes, carrots, ham and cucumbers.
Mix all diced ingredients in a salad bowl
with the peas.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Mix all ingredients. Dress with sour cream
and mayonnaise.
Crab salad
(for approx. 4 persons)
300 g cooked meat
300 g boiled, cooled potatoes
200 g cucumbers
Green salad
50 g crab meat
3 hard-boiled eggs
150 g mayonnaise
Dice the boiled, but already cooled
potatoes, eggs, cucumbers, crab meat
and the cooked meat.
Finely chop the green salad.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Dress with mayonnaise.
Raw vegetable salad
(serves 2–4 persons)
4 carrots
1 kohlrabi
1 apple
1 courgette
1 cucumber
¼ cauliflower
100 g fresh cheese
Fruit salad
½ pineapple
½ melon
2 bananas
2 peaches
2 kiwis
50 ml amaretto
Dice the fruit.
Mix all diced ingredients in a salad bowl
with the amaretto.
