Massa lêveda
500 g de farinha
1 pacotinho de fermento seco ou 25 g
de fermento fresco
1 ovo
210–220 g de leite quente
80 g de manteiga (à temperatura

80 g de açúcar
1 pitada de sal
Casca de meio limão ou aroma de limão
Deitar todos os ingredientes na tigela.
Misturar durante 30 segundos, na fase
mínima e, depois, bater durante cerca
de 7 minutos, na fase 4.
Pãezinhos ou pão de farinha
integral
250 g de farinha de trigo integral
250 g de farinha de trigo
1 colher de sopa de açúcar
1 colher de sopa de margarina
½ colher de sopa de sal
1 ½ pacote de levedura seca
300 ml de água quente
Deitar todos os ingredientes na tigela.
Misturar durante 30 segundos, na fase
mínima e, depois, bater durante cerca
de 7 minutos, na fase 4.
Nota: Esta quantidade de massa permite
fazer 12 pãezinhos ou um pão de forma.

Deitar o preparado num tabuleiro
forrado com papel vegetal próprio,

a cerca de 200 ºC e com calor superior
e inferior.
Depois de cozida, deitar a placa de torta
sobre um pano de cozinha polvilhado
com açúcar, enrolar e deixar arrefecer.
Bater as natas juntamente com o açúcar
e o endurecedor de natas, na fase 4.
Desenrolar a torta, barrar com natas,
distribuir a fruta por toda a superfície
e voltar a enrolar a torta. Polvilhar com
açúcar em pó.
Massas leves
Receita base
250 g de farinha
125 g de açúcar
125 g de margarina
2 ovos
1 pacotinho de açúcar baunilhado
1 pacote de fermento em pó
75 g de leite
Com a vara para massas leves,
misturar todos os ingredientes durante
ca. de ½ minuto na fase 1 e, depois,
mais 3 a 4 minutos na fase 4.
Consoante a receita, pode adicionar
mais ingredientes, p. ex. passas, limão
cristalizado ou laranja cristalizada no
final.
Para bolos de mármore, misturar cerca
de metade da receita com cacau.

Com a vara para massas pesadas
podem ser preparadas diferentes
massas como p. ex. massa lêveda,
massa para pizza, massa de strudel,
massas para pão ou massa quebrada.
